Boots on the ground groups who are helping to rescue the pets who have been lost or left behind. LInks are near the bottom of the page. 
Yes, people come first...but I'm splitting my donation between Red Cross Japan, Vets without Borders and Heart -Tokushima.

In my next life, I'm going to have to work for a rescue team like the ones that use dogs.
I can't believe how frustrating it is not to be able to physically help.
