if you work out, and then dont eat for 2 hours afterwards you still burn calories for two hours.. just an idea :0) but of course my first would be that you dont NEED to lose weight
i love the writing i feel the same way but not about the guy just all ppl about having the world wrapped around my finger...i cant tell you how to lose wieght but my freind he works out all the time and he has this one lady at his work that he's training and she lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks... i can ask if u want
