Happy Independence Day to my peeps in the US of A, and a Happy Saturday to all! Spike and my husband have too much in common this 4th. I mean they're both in loud Hawaiian shirts, of course!

Truly, one cannot adequately celebrate the birth of a nation without a loud Hawaiian shirt. That said, I have to confess that I recaptioned a photo from last 4th of July (that doesn't violate my recent doll!fic prohibition, right?) and currently have no idea where doll!Spike's Hawaiian shirt has gone. I'm just so fond of him in his little white wifebeater that it seems a shame to dress him up again. *g*

We had a fabulous time, and no one blew a toe off with a Roman candle despite my dire predictions. Hope you guys had a blast, too!

You'll note that I recycled your birthday pic from last year for this one, because I've prohibited myself from producing any new doll!fic until I clean this hellhole of a house. However, no one said anything about recaptioning existing photos. *beams* I love loopholes.
