OMG! I was watching MacGyver today (shut up! I needed something that I didn't really have to pay attention to because I was working on Photoshop), and I thought that this security guard looked a bit familiar. In fact, I thought he looked a lot familiar, like a young Martin. Then he spoke, and it was a baby Eric Close! I wanted to confirm this ( Read more... )

I have no clue who you are talking about, but that is cute. I've had that happen too

Usually when it happens to me, I recognize someone in something recent. This is the first time I've really recognized someone in something that old. It was highly amusing.

Aw, I'm trying to find those two minutes from ages... He was kind of cute, right? So young... *sighs*

OMG, so, so, so young! There were hints of what he would grow up to look like, but he really looked different. (Cute, though not as cute as now.)

I personally am lost here, cause I don't watch the show you guys are talking about. I think that I've heard of the show that he is from

Okay - sorry Meredith if I reply here for you. Eric Close is Martin Fitzgerald from Without a trace *points to icon* in the show Meredith is talking about, he guest starred for about two minutes, he was a private guard or something and he was overpowered by the bad guys - of course Mc Gyver being the hero he is take care of everything *g*.
Anyway, I forgot to add that Rosy probably has pics of that two minutes at All Eric Close

You know I like to spread the Eric love :)

He acually had another 30 second appearance later! (And he wasn't overpowered by the bad guys, he just left to go back to his station before the bad guy arrived, leaving Mac to deal with it all by himself. *grin*) I think I'll have to check for those pics because he looked so different.

And spreading Eric love is welcome here, as you well know. :)

Poor Mac, I almost feel sorry for him *grin*.. and I said I hadn't seen that, so... thanks.

There you are! I was getting worried, wondering if you'd been Gelman processed or caught and tortured by Red Cell/Crystal Sky/other random group. (Or just caught up in school; although, I still think the first two options are more plausible. *grin*)

I hope you're doing well. (And, while I've got you here, are you actually watching this season of Allias?)

I just had the two weeks from HELL, ie if I went to bed before 3 am, I was lucky. The Gelman process sounded very enticing. *g* Thanks for the inquiry!

And, while I've got you here, are you actually watching this season of Alias?)
No. LOL. I'm actually behind on all my shows, except Housewives. And I think I'll adopt the "watch only if Lena Olin/David Anders show up" mode. I guess if I forced myself I could continue watching for Jack and Sloane, but considering how little free time I have, I'm hesitant to waste it on JJ-produced material. ;-)

I actually prefer it to CSI, but it's not for everyone... :)
