Yeah, and then my team lost a fourth defenseman (to a weird infection from a cut received blocking a shot--Carolina must have some voodoo dolls or something) and blew a lead in game 7 to be eliminated. Oh well. As no one was predicting my team to even make the playoffs, I suppose I shouldn't be upset. Do you follow the Canadian pasttime much? I know it is a niche sport in the US, but being close to the border, we have a bunch of fans.

Yup. Then a whole bunch of other crap popped up, and I ended up quitting. (If I'd quit a month before, I wouldn't have had to deal with the damn evals! Why did I not plan ahead? *grin*) It's probably for the best.
