Okay, so I am supposed to be cleaning, as we have a city inspector coming by on Wednesday and last time he said that there was entirely too much stuff in the attic, but I cannot bring myself to get off of the couch. I'm so at a loss as to what to do for her for Christmas this year. *sigh*

*lol at your sis, I bet that's frustrating. I'd give her something symbolic, something very symbolic. And cheap. Very cheap :D

Ack! I just realized that in my pretty new style, the responding is in white type on black. Ick. I might have need to do something about it. (If I can even figure out what to do.) Crap. And I was so happy with this layout! *sigh)

Anyway, back to the two-month old response (when will I learn not to officially announce that I'm back?)...

I ended up getting her a set of hand blown glasses that match the good dishes that she owns. She says that she likes them, but they are still in the box in our family room, so who knows? I also got her a few little presents, so at least I could say I got her something that she would like.

Seasons 1-3 of House for only $50? That's a nice deal!

As for the gift dilemma...just get her something that's convenient to buy, and don't worry about it.

Yes, yes it is. It wasn't supposed to be only $15 for season 3, but the cashier insisted that the ad said "all seasons" so she gave it to me for that price. I figured, I tried to tell her no once, but if she was going to push it on me, I wasn't going to keep objecting.

Courtesy of the writers' strike, I've now made it through 2 1/2 of those seasons. I've decided that I think the first season is my favorite. (I'd never seen that season before, so it was nice to finally see how it all started and to watch the character evolution.)

As for the gift dilemma...just get her something that's convenient to buy, and don't worry about it
That's pretty much what I did. It seems to have worked out okay.
