So, every two years or so, I chop my hair off and donate it to Locks of Love. This time around, as it was slightly less than 2 years, I only had about 11 inches to cut off, and my hair ended up at about chin length. The problem is, this time I think I might hate it. I don't know if it is because 1) I truly hate it, 2) I have naturally wavy hair ( Read more... )

Wow, you must have really long hair.

Eleven inches cut off and it's still chin length!

Had. :) It was about halfway down my back or so.

I like the idea of the charity, and since I usually just pull my hair back in a ponytail and go, the length isn't much of an issue and it is typically easy enough just to keep growing and chopping it. Each time I think that I'm going to actually keep it styled, but that never happens.

And thus ends my spamming of you for the day! :)

That must take quite some time to care for - does it dry quickly?

I never typically did anything with it beyond pulling it back in a ponytail (the advantage of working as a preschool teacher). Even when I did actually do anything with it, there wasn't much drying time involved as it is fairly fine.

And here comes Spam: The Return. *grin*

I'm not truly confused, just not completely happy. Thanks for the support, though. :)

I'm still not so liking the short cut when down, but I'm liking it well enough when the front part is pulled back in a barrette, so I'll live until it grows out.
