I had the HARDEST TIME EVER speaking English when I got back to the United States. After 30+ hours of transit time from my China home to the United States...my brain was so fried. Chinese, by that point, was easier to speak when I was tired rather than English where I had to really think hard. So, in Chinese mode, trying to speak English...didn't work so well. I wonder if you'll have a similar experience.
Besides the language thing, its hard coming home. You're torn between the memories of China and your host family/friends and your real/original family and friends. It seemed like when I was in one place, I wanted to be in the other.
Essentially, China is full of contradictions...and experiencing China does just the same to you.
