Hogsmeade was cancelled today.

Normally, I wouldn't really mind, but I was so looking forward to seeing some Slytherin alumni this weekend. I know there is much happening at home that I am unaware of and I hate being out of the loop.

He might watch you but I doubt he will try and do anything, cousin. Quiet disappointed observation is much more his style. Just be aware that he has ways of going unnoticed, so do be cautious. I will not be pleased if you let any family secrets slip through your fingers.

That is too bad, about Halloween Hogsmeade. They didn't give you a reason, even? Typical. At least one of us will definitely make it for Christmas Hogsmeade, though like you said, you'll be home just after (and then the wedding-- it's all you'll hear about, I'm sure). I do expect to be hearing from you well before mid-December, though!
