if you have a parental note it's legal!
but that may or may not be as relative as the place in the student driving handbook where it says to obey speed limit laws but to more importantly judge what your speed should be based on weather conditions (which is written for rain and snow but can be interpreted as go fast when it's sunny) wow, i ramble
