Wow. So hot. These boys really do need to get it on. I really liked it, you wrote both of the boys perfectly.

They SO need to get it on. They were killing me today with the almost kisses. And the line about the covers. If I were Luke, I think I'd be crazed by now, poor boy. He finally gets a man and can't HAVE him. Thanks for reading!

that was the hottest Nuke love scene I've read to date. The fact that they didn't just jump into it but worked their way up to the actual intercourse through the course of the fic made it so much more meaningful and realistic.
I especially love that you made Luke younger (because that's how I see him anyway) and the fact that the initial act of penetration was painful (because, yes it was Luke's first time and I hate stories where the person is a virgin and yet the sex was just so painless)
Hoping that you are inspired to write more Nuke in the near future

Thank you so much. I wanted it to be as close to them as I could get. Yeah, I don't get that where first time sex works right out of the gate. I realize for "romance" you can't have it take forever to be fun, but to never be uncomfortable seems unrealistic.

The way they were telling the story in my head, I thought they'd never get to the sex.

That was so beautifully written.
I've been watching Luke/Noah on You Tube for a little while now and tbh honest haven't read that many fics, but I am so happy I read this one.
It was hot and sweet and sometimes awkward and just lovely and perfect. You captured both of their feelings and fears so well.
Amazing.

Thank you so much for reading. And thank you for saying I captured them well. There's so little of them to go on that I didn't know if other people would see them like I did. I really appreciate your comments.

And YAY Jack/Ianto. I can't wait for season two. I need to find a way to see them before the episodes get hacked up on BBC America.

np ;) when I am writing getting the characters right is the one thing that I always worry about and work at. And you got them both spot on in my opinion.

GAH I know. I have never been so not bothered about Christmas before LMAO. I just want it to be January. I am sure there are people that will upload the episodes. I know season one is online to watch, so hopefully people will do the same with season two :)

I'm very excited to see more. I watched the first six episodes last year while I was wrapping presents and when I started again this year, I got all nostalgic for it.

Long and hot and perfectly in character. This was wonderful, thank you so so much. I hope to see more from you in the future!

Thank you so much for saying that. I'm glad you think I got the characters right. There's so little to work with when you only see them for five minutes a week. Thanks for reading!

This is _perfect_! I was so happy when I opened my flist this morning and found this.

Like someone has already said above, you are one of my favorite SPN writers. "Use My Skin" is one of my top ten favorites and "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year" is the penultimate young S/D story as far as I'm concerned.

You may not remember, but some time ago, I saw a comment of yours on Luke_Noah, and asked if you'd be writing this pairing. You weren't sure at the time. This was so worth waiting for.

Noah’s eyes did that widening thing, the one that Luke had decided consisted of 50% want to kiss you silly and 50% want to run until I hit an ocean.

I loved that line when I read it the first time, and it's so fabulous how you carried that image throughout the piece. And you really caught the first time dynamic. Complete with the want and the fear, and yes, even the pain. (Plus, the whole thing was scorching hot, and who doesn't love "scorching hot"?)

Thank you so much for sharing your talent.

I remembered your earlier comment, so I thought of you when I posted it. I'm so glad you liked it. I'm glad that image worked for you. I was afraid I was too heavy handed.

I love first time fics, too. I wish my brain was flexible enough to imagine multiple first times for pairings, but it isn't. They only get one shot. :-)

"The Most Wonderful Time of the Year" is one of my favorites that I've written. It nice and fluffy before all the angst crept into my view of them preseries. Sigh.

I sent you a message from your user page.
