I made homemade cream of mushroom soup last night for the first time! And totally winged it, Meres'-Dad style (he doesn't believe in recipes.) It turned out quite well, but like most of my sauces/soups ended up a little heavy on the salt. Very tasty with toasted ciabatta dipped in, though ( Read more... )

I hate this move to the political right. I was very disappointed by the UK elections earlier this year and yesterday's Austrian election. I am also scared of recent German poll results and hope they change to the left until our next election, but I am afraid they won't ( ... )
