I never thought of a muffin tin for scones but that sounds like a really great trick. I hardly ever make scones (though I love them) in part because I can never shape them right (and, like, who wants to invest in a biscuit cutter or whatever?). So I'm totally trying out the muffin tin thing.

Also, yay, Smitten Kitchen! I love that site so much. You have no idea.

it works for biscuits, too! I think that's how I came up with the idea, actually. who has time to cut biscuits??? I mean really.

SMITTEN KITCHEN <333 I saw their cookbook in Anthropologie and I hate everything about Anthropologie but man I really thought about paying them money for that book.
