I have these moments when the whole world seems crazy to me: people who would let an animal starve because the child responsible didn't feed it, the fact that we own animals at all even me

everything around me seems chaotic and my energy is spent holding it together so kids playing and normal disruptions feel like nails on a chalk board.

In the mornings I am good. everyday recently around 2-4 this starts.

I know how this feels

funny you mention a "buzzing" in the head...i used to get the buzzing all the time...medication has seemed to make it go away...seemed to happen when i would experience a sensory overload...old buddy of mine, who was working on his phd in religion, told me that he got it to...said it was the sound of the universe...sorry to hear about your memory ordeals...gives giant hug :)
