Oh, this is beautiful! I love it--love the way you've made the celtic border wrap around them; love how you've got the detail of the carrot's leaves.

yes. my method is to work it out first in my sketch pad, then I trace onto nice paper over a light table filling in the finer detail after that.

beautiful...i just bought a sketch pad last week...did some doodles into it...must sketch something of importance...lol...soon...i think i will draw some tools or something...my life has revolved around work for the last 4 months...construction is hard...sleep like a baby through the weekends...going to work today...it's sunday...i am not complaining...i like the way my muscles look in the mirror...lol...
