I'm so glad you enjoyed them! I always enjoy taking time out of my hustle and bustle life to admire pretty things; it usually put a smile on my face (if only for a moment). They are pretty, aren't they? And it's always good to feel feminine and girly. :D
That is so sad that the chocolatier went out of business! I should like to serve something like that at a tea.;) They look perfect for that sort of thing! The cameo card is one of my favorite things out of the picture you posted. One of my weaknesses is pretty stationary.;)
I originally saw the chocolate cakes in a catalog and thought they were so pretty. They were (if I remember correctly) $35.00 for a set of two and I thought, next Christmas I am going to splurge and buy four of those and invite four special women over to tea. So, when I found out the chocolatier went out of business, I was so disappointed. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to learn how to make them myself. I love pretty stationary too. Unfortunately, I buy it more quickly than I use it.
They are all so pretty... I have such fondness for pretty things and doubly so if they are practicable. (And I do mean "practicable", not "practical.")
Those little chocolates would have been first on my list, even though I don't care for chocolate. Everyone else would!
Don’t care for chocolate?! Oh, my! I hate to admit this, because I do enjoy being a bit contrary ;D, but I am a typical woman in that I love chocolate and shoes. So prosaic, I know. *sighs

I know, my aversion to chocolate has mystified many. (But if it makes you feel better, I love clothing and perfume. I just live by the idea that style is what I prefer, what I know to look good on me, and what is comfortable and practical, basically what makes me feel like me

Oh, uh, yes dear, those cameo belt buckles are, uh, real purty! Why, just give me my ten gallon bonnet, my spurs that jingle, jangle, jingle and my six shooters (glitterfied, of course) and I'll be a right happy, regency cowgirl! Yee haw! *said with a proper, British accent --of course*
