 Hi,

Here's the next chapter. It's about six pages longer than I usually go, but I didn't think you guys would mind...lol. It's time to find out what's going on with Dane...oh, and to get a little glimpse inside Chris's head. I hope you enjoy it.  :-)

Wow, talk about cathartic. There was a lot of sharing and revelations in this chapter. Talk about a lot to absorb.

My heart really went out to Chris and his horrendous family life. It gives us great insight into some of his later relationships. It is good to see Zander is willing to work on their situation and hopefully fix it.

Just like Brian and Dane's friends, I was shocked to hear he is going to be a Dad. Talk about another life adjustment. It will be interesting to see how things turn out. I am glad Brian convinced him to tell people what was really happening. I am sure it will help.

Yeah, a very emotional chapter. Zander and Chris have a lot to sort out, but now at least Zan can understand Chris and his actions a little bit better. A lot of people don't realize the impact childhood has on people as the grow up. My ex-husband is pretty screwed up emotionally because of how he was raised. It made it very hard to deal with him sometimes. As for Dane, I felt it was time to shake up his character a little...lol.

Wow, there's a lot of pain in this chapter. I never really liked Dane, but I really felt sorry for him. m :)

Yes, a lot of pain. I was in such a funk after writing it...lol. And Dane's not the ass that you think he is. He's just a little behind in the maturity department. I'm pretty sure a baby will change that, though. :-)

Wow, the Kinney's really did a number on the boys. I could feel the pain coming from Chris and Zan too, I hope they will be able to fix things, so Chris will heal at last from the abuse. And you have added a new plot with Dane as a daddy? How will the boys fit in it?. Can't wait for another chapter.

I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter. Chris and Zander have a rough road ahead of them, but now that Zander has a better understanding of the situation, they should be able to work it out...maybe...lol. And yes, I thought it was time to toss in a new plot. It should be interesting. :-)

Wow lots of surprises in his chapter but also progress is being made with the troubled friends and family of Brian and Justin. Here's hoping that things stay calm and Dane gets the necessary help he needs and with all his friends and family backing him now. Here I thought Brian had it bad but I keep forgetting that Chris really got hurt during his time at the Kinney house but what we get to see this time is how hurt he was that he couldn't see his brother for those few years not knowing what could be happening to him.

Yeah, it this universe Chris had it worse. By the time Brian rolled around, his parents had mellowed a bit...still horrible people...but mellowed. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I just posted the next chapter. :-)

You are too cute. You know, I've always appreciated everything bit of feedback you've given me over the years. You've always taken the time to tell me what you think, which is so sweet. You don't have to waste your time telling me that you're too busy to read at the moment. I write because I love it, and I post so others can enjoy it. As long as you get enjoyment out of my stories, I'm happy. Read when you can and then respond if you want to...I'll always be here to read and appreciate your thoughts. :-)
