[Well, someone's been popping in from place to place, looking for where people are and information about the city itself.]

I've been trying to gather more information about this place since I arrived and I think... I was able to make a map of the city! And find out how many of us are here! [She grins momentarily. Not that... she's very happy about

The food here never tastes like it should.

[He seems a little distant and reserved, but it's a question he finds no harm in answering. After the incident with Gamzee, he's just laying low, licking his wounds and letting his mind recover.]

[Nods.] That's right! Everything tastes like... like other foods entirely!

It's usually okay, but sometimes I just want something that tastes like--[Like blood, flesh, and tendon, with bones to crunch in my jaws and no--he feverishly tries to push the beast back.]

Something that tastes like what is actually should taste like. What does...[He inspects an empty package] pizza taste like?

[grantmeamiracle]

[Oh, that's strange, isn't it? Has he never had pizza before? She tries to get a look at whatever he's looking at.]

Oh, there are different kinds. But they always have a lot of cheese?

[walksonrooftops]

[Not even once, no. He'd quickly learned not to try and eat it frozen, though.]

So they're supposed to taste like cheese? [He can kind of tell there's supposed to be some kind of meat on there, and a doughy crust, but how it would all pull together is just a mystery to him. A good majority of the food here is.]

[grantmeamiracle]

[A shake of her head now.]

Oh, not just that! You can put other things on them. There are a lot of choices. Meats, vegetables... I think even some kinds of fruit!

[walksonrooftops]

[His brows furrow as he looks down to the empty box again.]

But what's the point, if everything is different? Maybe usually it's good to eat, but...

[Not to mention that hearing her talk about fruit is making him crave kuims, the sweet little fruits that ribika love so much.]

Everyone has different tastes though, right? We all like different things! That's why.

[She nods over at the empty box.] I'm sure some people like that type better and others prefer other types of pizza.

[walksonrooftops]

I just want an apple that tastes like an apple. [His tail lashes a bit in annoyance. All this stuff in boxes and packets just isn't for him.]

[grantmeamiracle]

Oh... I'm sorry... I don't really know where you can find that here.

[walksonrooftops]

Me either. I've looked everywhere. [He lets out a soft sigh. Maybe he's asking too much?]

Nothing in this place is really right, is it?

[grantmeamiracle]

No, I don't think so... We shouldn't even be here. [And that's really the part that bothers her the most.]

[walksonrooftops]

I know. I want to go home. I have someone I care about a lot back home and I want to be sure they're safe.

[grantmeamiracle]

[She nods, frowning.] Yeah... I want to know if my friends are okay too.

[walksonrooftops]

[He curls his tail around his legs, looking uncertain.]
I hope they're okay.

[grantmeamiracle]

[A short pause, before she's trying to smile again, though it's somewhat weak.] I'm sure... I'm sure they are. And I'm sure they're all waiting for us too!
