Oh, I'll have to reassure you it's very possible. A little while earlier there was a man talking to me about other curious things I had never heard of before too.

It was something like.. [ she pauses for a moment, thinking. ] 'Internet access' and 'a computer matrix'. It was most curious indeed.

Computers are fairly modern inventions, usually only found in industrialized, moderately affluent populations, so it's not difficult to believe someone might not be familiar with those terms. But I'm fairly certain crossword puzzles aren't a terribly novel invention.
