Unfortunately, in this case, there are no exceptions to this part of the event. The act of turning everyone back was very thorough!

First of all, thank you so very much for bringing your concerns to us. I assure you, we really do appreciate it.

I do completely agree with all your points and we're making a commitment to work on all of that. I think we'll be trying to improve our communication and, if we find we still need some extra help to get things done, we'll see about getting extra people on the mod team.

Once again, thank you for bringing your concerns to us. I sincerely hope that by this time next month we'll have improved in all of these things.
