How did you manage to pay $270 for a grande hot chocolate??? A credit card typo you signed? I'm sure you can get that refunded if you kept the receipt...

And sorry again about the drill thingy :( At least the piece of hair that's missing doesn't show at all.

All right, put down the tools, and step back from the armoire! All joking aside, remember to ask yourself exactly how much drill you need. The combo kit would probably be best. The main thing is to match the tool with the job itself. Just like you wouldn't buy a porsche to drive to the supermarket on Sunday, don't shell out the extra $70 when the combo kit will fit your purposes just fine. Besides, you can use the leftover money to invest in more wood for your next project in line (along with a hair scruncy thingie and prescription protective eyewear).

Ouch!

I have and recommend a Skil drill. The one I have has some nice power, solid case, can work either cordless or with a plug...and it's purty.

The NYT had an article a couple of weeks ago on tools & women. Some folks are creating tools for women's hands--smaller, lighter.
and turquoise.

I say--
TURQUOISE?????

I'll second that "TURQOISE?" of outrage. My Skil drill is a delicious red and black. Fits my hands fine, and they're fairly small.

My sweetie just purchased a circular saw that matches. Yes, we have matching power tools. Scary.
