Unmitigated failure

I had 5 eggs and decided to make some meringue. How hard could it be? Well...it is hard if you do not add cornstarch, beat it by hand and happen to be fooled by its brown colour :P

I ended up with a sore arm and browned goo which went straight to the garbage can. Now, what to do with 5 egg yolks?

Overcast sunday extending to the kitchen!
