While I was not watching CA had a couple of earthquakes and a tsunami alarm (not that SF knew about that last part (it is the third brief on the page)). The funny part is that I just ordered something for earthquake preparedness although at the time I did not know it was good for that: a flat hose, rated for drinking water. I do not intend to drink

Ignorance can be bliss. I'd be happier not knowing about genocides in sub-Saharan Africa.

However, I think you'll be much happier knowing that you are prepared for an Earthquake.
