*nabs Heero's pillow, dragging it underneath the bed*

Hmm... perhaps I should look into procuring a nest in BOTH appartments.. :D

Such a good chapter. ^_^ Heero and Duo are so close to figuring it all out. Will we learn what caused Duo to act the way he did and why he changed? This part of the story truly reflects life, how people, even friends and family come and go in your daily life as opportunities come their way. Nothing ever stays the same, does it?

the last part will give explanation to at least part of why duo did what he did...and i am really hoping i don't screw it up by going overboard. i might just write that part first, and retro fit it to what comes after.

nothing ever stays the same, even if we love the way things are, even if we too want for something different, something more. bittersweet pill to be swallowed with eager regret.

*snugs* thanks for reading dyna!

yeah, didn't i say that this part wouldn't have the angst level as the first three? and the last part, well... it's going to angst, but more goo-time. :)

soon? in a week, will that do?

thanks so much for reading!

The scene with Heero and Wufei was a delight! That's SO how I see their relationship; solid and calm. More changes for all our boys... so bitter sweet. And after that bit of a taste last chapter of Heero and Duo working together, I love the idea of what you're setting up for them. This has turned into a beautiful piece and I can't wait for the next parts and the explanations and figuring it out stuff. ^_____^

*hugs* you give me some of the nicest comments, sunny! :) i love how calm heero can be, even when he's not really. and i do see serenity between a long friendship between heero and wufei. it's like they know the other, respect and understand...their time doesn't have to be filled with talk or action. not to say that they can't or don't, just that there's a time and place for strong reactions. :) and dinner at wufei's was a ceremony.

i love the idea of heero and duo working together in an ops command/badass field agent situation. i can so see heero behind the scenes leading duo through hell, chest deep in shit, blood, and vomit, and bringing him home safely.

and you know, the explanation part is what has me worried. i don't want to just have duo dump all his thoughts out, but i want to be able to have what he's done be understood.

*snugs* thanks so much for reading, sunny! i hope you enjoy the last bit as much as the first four. :)

*is feeling hopeful* I'm glad to see things beginning to work out. I anxiously await these chapters every week and on one hand I'm sorry next week is the last, but I'm also really looking forward to seeing how they do!
