#1 Does anyone have a good recipe for pumpkin pie?

#2 And for pumpkin soup?

I've never cooked with pumpkin before but they look interesting and pretty and have strange but alluring shapes and I want to know what to do with them...

So, recipes? Anyone? Pretty please?

I've never made either before, but this recipe for pumpkin pie looks good, as does this one for pumpkin soup.

Hmm, now I'm almost inspired to do some cooking...!

I think a friend of mine has a recipe for pumpkin nut muffins . . . I can ask her if you're interested. Not pie or soup, I know, but I thought I'd offer it up. :-)
