Hello.
I’m very sorry to be bringing this up at your personal journal. I just have a brief question about a tutorial I wrote.
It’s a tutorial that displays a large image (header), and I thought about posting it here. Because it’s not an icon tutorial, I thought it best to ask before I go ahead.
this would be the tutorial.
Would it be ok to post it at icon_help?

I'm not the owner at icon_help, but I think posting that tutorial would be fine because people can use it for their icons. Just post a link and an explanation of what the tutorial is about :)
