This is just a notice that submissions are due Saturday, October 19th. If we do not receive anything from you by that date, then we will mark that you're no longer participating in this fest.
-- How do I submit?
We ask that you email your work as an attachment to merlinhorror@gmail.com, and in the body of the email put the following form completed:

-- What if I'm not completely done?
If you are posting to the AO3 collection, you can send your rough draft in now and upload your completed work later. However, if you are having the mods post your work directly to the community, you must send you final submission in on Oct 19 unless other arrangements are made. Please note in your email whether your work is considered a rough or final draft.
ALL PIECES MUST BE POSTED IN THEIR ENTIRETY IN ORDER ON THEIR ASSIGNED DATE TO BE INCLUDED. If you want to add or change something later, that's fine, but all pieces must be stand-alone by their posting date.
-- I've sent in my submission, now what?
Once you've emailed your submission, please fill out this form with your three choices for possible posting dates. While we will try our hardest to accommodate you and give you one of your three choices for a posting date, there's a possibility you might need to pick another date. If you are posting to the AO3 collection, you must post before or on your assigned posting date in order to be included in this fest.
