It's the same way for all of us, if you want some action you need to start it up :/ In the past I have often mused over the idea of how great it is when a lovely lady is so smitten by you that she does all the work, but the fact is that it rarely happens.. I'm currently at a point where I am resolved to flirt and be merry with everyone but make no long term commitments, after all I'm leaving to another place in the next several months :(
