I AM SORRY FOR THE DELAY OMG.
Note on shipping: most of the things where it says "+ shipping" are on Amazon. Amazon charges £2.28 for a package that contains a dvd and a ridiculous £5.48 for a package containing a book (+ £0.99 per extra item - overview). I only realised the book thing after I'd finished. :(( In case anyone wants to order something for themselves off Amazon, too, or if everyone wants to order off Amazon together or sth, please note that they do ship to Belgium for free for orders as of £25, though, in which case it's usually cheaper than other sites.
That said, you can obviously buy any of these wherever you want (or not buy them at all). xD I also don't mind decent second hand copies for the books or dvds!

I'm specifically looking for a smaller one (4-5cm or so - example (warning: vaguely recognisable as a butterfly) in either brown or this colour, maybe - sth for daily use that goes with pretty much everything, as I just broke the one I had :/). A bigger one with a design/colour you like is welcome, too, though; I just have the one brown one I always use. :)
