Как известно, в соотвествии с Конституцией, потерять гражданство Украины можно только после получения гражданства другой страны или после соотвествующего решения президента.
Можно ли считать заявление президента о том, самый популярный вопрос на УкрПравде не голосовался украинцами, официальным решением о лишении гражданства Украины?

I don't think your post has something to do with Iraq, Ukraine, Ukrainian constitution or Ukrainian president. Nor it has something to do with Ukrainian politics nor Iraqi politics.
