Well, things are a little better. Bathroom scales are broken and I still think I might be too, but through some miracle I got a better job, and the side-effects of my anti-anxiety / anti-depressant are much milder now

I'm glad you're not quitting! Life can be hard but do not give up. You can do this.

Hope now, I guess this is like 4 years on, you've gotten yourself in a better place.
