When posting our entry, how do we make sure it's all together? As it'll be anonymous I don't think we can nest our fill in reply to the first comment we make so is there a way to keep the fill all together/nested nicely?

You can't. I'll have to go back, and repost them later. Just be sure to label the properly, e.g.: Title Part 1.1/6 ect.
