Oh, this is so lovely. I ache for Gwen here, for all that she's lost, or losing. There's such sadness in her as she endures all of this. Her resignation breaks my heart.

I very much liked this: "You seemed so busy with Arthur," Morgana says. "Helping him..." She smiles, archly, "Serving him." I can see that, given the events of season three, Gwen's attentions to Arthur would hurt Morgana.

Also! She's so beautiful like this, Gwen thinks, and she could weep for what that means.
