I read an article about a woman in india who had eye surgery, and complained about pain behind her bandage, but the nurses ignored her. When they opened the bandage the next day in front of her family, ants had eaten away her eye and were swarming through the socket. I can find pictures if you want.

I read that somewhere too. Apparently it happens often enough that the goverment hospital authority has determined that people with diabetes are more susceptible to it. Susceptible....to the DREADED ANT-EYE!!!!
