LMAO. I've never reserved any time for myself in my life. Perhaps that is part of why I'm stressed and overextended.

Even the idea seems beyond selfish to me, but I'm glad it makes sense outside of my head.

people who don't take some time for themselves end up kicking puppies and punching clowns. I gently recommend that some of that personal time be spent outside smelling the roses. as it were.
