I would never boycott Girl Scout Cookies! They are too damn good!

But I do think that little girls should have nothing to do with something like that at such a young age. I didnt read to whole thing...just skimmed it. So I might have missed the point.

eh, that's quite an understatement. girls start getting pregnant at rediculous ages these days. and rapists dont care how old a girl is when they rape and possibly impregnate her. girls need to know this stuff and their options as soon as they're able to conceive. of course it's scary, but wouldnt it be even scarrier for a 12-year-old girl to have a baby because no one gave her any other alternatives?

as for the homesexuality issue, kids are never too young to be taught to accept and treat everyone the same; regardless of a person's sexual orientation.

yea true. But as a little girl...Id be scared shitless if i was 10 and they were telling me about abortions and rape and having babies. But I do agree that they should know.

I'm glad the mom made a stand. Haha you know my veiws on abortion and homosexuality. It's sad that Girl Scouts associate themselves with Planned Parenthood.

yeah, i know your views. i still think girls need to know whats going on in the world. no one said that they had to accept it. planned parenthood told them their opinion and just tried to let them be informed. that's everyone's right - to be informed.

Oh I think they should be informed too. But not at a really young age. It said that the mother told her 10 year old daughter and she started crying. I think that kids should be informed, but not so early. It could scare them to death.

why shouldn't they? planned parenthood, and the program they put on "nobody's fool", does a lot of good for the children of waco. it's the girl scouts for god's sake. i think the anti-abortionists went a little too far by boycotting the girl scout cookies. it's good to take a stand, and to believe in things. but at what cost?
