I have always loved this cookbook. My mother had a version and I adored looking at the slightly oddly-colored photographs of food. This one is a facsimile edition with slightly fixed pages and all.

Heh. You know how I've been saying for ages now that we need to have you over, and that I have several items that I've set aside for you? One of them is a slightly battered copy of this cookbook. Don't know which year (aside from obviously being an original, not a reprint): the cover is identical, but in a slightly different font. But it did seem like the sort of thing you'd like...
