i feel totally stressed and overwhelmed today.

and someone dented the front of my mailbox. it looks like they smashed it with a rock and that little flag things on the side got bent ai bad it fell off!  after the problems we had with people tearing down our july 4th decor this is starting to feel personal and makes me so sad and uncomfortable.

As for the trash, turn them into code enforcement (it's called Building and Safety in your city!) That's nasty and illegal. But in the meantime I hope you threw the broken computer over the fence!!

Do they own or rent? Are they the only uglies in the neighborhood? Do other neighbors hate them?

Yeah well I've spoken to the HOA and supposedly they're sending them a code violation. I know they're renters because the head of the hoa let it slip that they think the owner is possibly going into forclosure because he isnt paying his hoa dues which basically means the owner isnt caring about his house and the neighbors are not friendly and trashy. But I'm going to have to call the city I think because it is gross! In fact in the backyard they have bags of trash piled up all along our fence and the yard is SO FULL of dog poop. The other day there was a opposum! (I think trying to get to their trash)

I had no idea living in my own home would be more noisy and difficult than apartment living! :/

There are some other neighbors who have like junky cars in the driveway or dont take GREAt care of their place, but the neighbors in question are the worst and the only ones who actually leave garbage all over and stuff. It's so frustrating.
