if so.. i say the culture. who cares about dealing with other people's little problems.

Very true. Kind of a bitch job if you think about it. Cultural coordinator is much better. Besides, I have the best resource--- an actual Thai guy!

^^ I agree, Leader Liason sounds like you'd have to take care of other people's crap, especially if they wait to long to get something done or something. Culture is the way I'd go, definitely!
