Yay! Another Jyu Oh Sei! Fan! Your right it is rare to find people who know of the series, but now that Tokyopop has licensed the manga and funimation has licensed the anime, maybe it will become more known! :)

Funimation actually does a pretty good job of dubbing. I liked their Fruits Basket and Full Metal Alchemist dub (though some of their dubs haven't been that good with other series >_<), so hopefully they'll do a good job on Jyu Oh Sei too! I can't wait for it to come out! Though I have no clue when it's coming out yet @_@
