very interesting, we had two bottles at Little India, one that Rati had gotten from in the states, and one from the original producer in France. There was a big difference in taste.

Last I heard only some kinds of Absinthe were legal to be sold in the US. (In other countries, the bans have been lifted to varying degrees as well)
