For my field observation, I went to St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral in Seattle. They have labrinyths there, taped on the floor, and you can go there and walk the labrinyth. Very interesting place to choose - and also a very interesting experience. There are labrinyths in many, many places in the world, made of all different things. In England, there are hedge labrinyths that I walked. Maybe something to check out on your own travels?
