Please do try it, its very easy, and it just can't seem to fail unless you use expired yeast. Also, its very friendly for people who are busy or maybe you don't cook everynight.

I hope you like it.

I made the recipe the day I got the magazine and haven't bought bread since. Well... that's not so big a deal, since I rarely bought bread before anyway. I prefer to make it myself. But this recipe? Yea, it's awesome. :) It really does make wonderful pizza dough, too.

We're going to whip up a batch of the wheat sandwich bread today -- can't wait to try it.

How's the book? We've been wanting to pick it up and just haven't gotten around to it yet.

The book is worth the money, it gives you more recipes converted to their technique, rye, pumpernickle, challah, etc. Also, when you study the recipes you can figure out what ingredients to adjust/add when you want to convert your own recipes. Its very inspiring.

I think this is perfect for you. The little round loaf it makes is perfect for a 1 or 2 person household. Also, the baked bread tastes better the next day, very sourdoughish. Also, if you don't think you are going to get around to baking the rest of the dough, you can form it into balls and freeze them!

How easy is that?
