You are 20 feet tall, aren't you?

I've already got the book ordered for the store. I can't wait to read the final version. I'll send you a pic of the new release display as soon as I get it up.

Shush. :P

AH COOL!! I'd love to have a picture of it. The bookstores here really don't have much in the way of a GLBT section, so I don't get to see my book on shelves very much. Though I'm going to try and call the one lesbian bookstore in town and ask them if they'd be willing to set up an event...

It's okay. We're both on the taller end of the spectrum. I have your "midget"Christmas picture in reverse. It's hilarious whenever we visit Cat's family. I'm like Gulliver amidst the Lilliputians. LOL

I'll send the pic as soon as I get the display up. The book is on order for the 23rd, but it generally takes 3 to 4 days to get it in. I'll let you know. And you should definitely have an event.

HAHAHA! Now at least I can say I don't have that problem in Shasta's family, because most of her seven brothers are around my height. *gringrin* She's the little one in her own family, too. (I need to post a picture of her with her twin. It's hilarious, he's like six feet tall and a redhead, and they look NOTHING alike.)

I'm trying to screw up my courage to call the bookstore today on my lunch break. It's silly how nervous I get about doing things like that, it almost feels like stage fright. :P I'm great at actually doing public speaking/appearances, but the marketing of said appearances is something else entirely!

♥ Me too!! I know you've already read the beta version but you'll have to let me know what you think of the final version, too... I had to make several character changes so it will be really interesting to see what people who have read both versions think of it. ^~

That makes two of us! Rad said last night that my books ought to be on their way and I am sooooooo excited!!! Please do let me know what you think of it once you've read it, it's a very different type of story so I'm curious to see how people are going to like it. ^^

I'll have to pre-order that as soon as possible. The promotional stuff sounds awesome. I wish I could come to your book launch party but I'm all the way in Indiana. I just hope you know how much you rock though.

*^^* Aw, thank you!! I wish you could come too, you and Minnie both. I have the strongest temptation to dress the two of you up in Ann and Violet costumes because I think you'd suit the characters beautifully. :P

*Stomps feet* I want to go to the book launch! Damn me and my residence on the other side of the world!

Sounds like fun, wish I could be there. I pre-ordered mine months ago, as it's UK Amazon the estimated arrival is first week of Feb (I think) I can't wait!

Ah, I wish you could come too!! But wow, I'm also rather happy to think that the new book already has at least one nice new home across the ocean... how awesome is *that*? *gringrin*

Well you can thank my gf, she was the one that ordered Sword of the Guardian last year and gave it to me after she had read it as she absolutely loved it. It is now her yardstick to measure every lesbian novel against! I loved it too so was really excited to hear another book was on its way.

I will be reading Branded Ann first this time! She is also waiting with baited breath for the 2nd in the Ithyria series.

xo :)

Well then, enormous thanks and hugs to your gf!! :) Aww, that's like the biggest compliment ever, thank you so much!!

I'm struggling at the moment to get a solid start on the second book. I *had* started it, but then got some information from my publisher that meant I had to redesign a massive amount of the plot. Now I have a general idea of where it's going but I really need to take the time to sit down and work out the details so I can get moving on it. However, you may tell your gf that the second Ithyria book is my next project for sure. ^~
