I knew going into this election that I would be playing a part in history. I knew that I would either vote for the first black president or the first woman vice-president. But you have to go beyond making history. I had to look at the issue that I felt were most pressing for the next president. The war in Iraq, the economy and choose a candidate

"Pro-choice is a supreme court decision, not a presidential one."

But of course, the president gets the opportunity to appoint the justices for life who will be asked to make that decision, and our next president may be able to appoint 3 of them.
