Well today was interesting. Over the last few days I've had a headache, been lightheaded at times, had a random pain in my left side, and had a high fever (topping out at 104). So this morning I got up in the morning and felt like shit. I was really nauseous and dizzy and still had a 100 degree fever. So I get up to go to the kitchen to grab
