It constantly feels like I am drowning on stuff - that I don't have time to breathe - many people go through this, finishing the PhD, moving away, but somehow I feel like I just fucking can't manage. Things will calm down soon...maybe you can relax and unwind a bit by throwing a bath bomb in a warm bath and lighting candles or something for a half hour. And also just let yourself allow yourself to feel that it's okay to be overwhelmb-ed but understand that you need to unwind too, and take are of yourself, by yourself.

I guess you gotta look at it from the perspective of reaping the rewards later. So breathe in and out, and remind yourself it'll eventually end.

You're burnt out. Emotional or physical burn out is real. Take care of yourself. Sliw down and get some sleep! You'll feel more settled in a bit
