I totally hear you about the 3 categories of people - I totally agree. I think in my life I have the energizing ones but for whatever reason I go to people who drain me or at least drain my positivity. Idk though, it's hard to tell if neutral ones do that too?
Isn't it interesting how people can be super smart and yet drugs completely take it to a new level where the person does seem insane? I have had that same experience and it is kind of... sad.
Since I have to use my phone for work, I kind of got used to using it all the time. But when I don't work, I don't find myself glued to it either. It's something to do, I guess. I don't find anything wrong with it. Better than being bored if you don't feel like being productive.
