Good luck! Sometimes just changing your habits can change your whole outlook. I know that I like to pick up a new hobby or try new cooking or whatnot if I feel in a rut.

I believe there is no good or right way to life life. Just different ways to live life. Some people need to do the *right* thing in order to feel better - they wake up at 6, go for a run, eat vegan, do their yoga, slather on their essential oils... and sometimes they're still miserable. I guess the whole self-care thing only works if you're doing what is right *for you*. Sometimes that might mean sleeping in, going to bed late, adapting your routine to how you're feeling in the moment, giving yourself permission to procrastinate when bored, indulging in social media or dumb TV, literally whatever you feel like doing at that time.

That being said, it never hurts to try different routines. You might not keep them forever, but there might be one or two little things that actually helped and that you might feel like integrating into your life in the long run.

You got this, girl! These are very tough times, and you're holding up much better than you think!

Routine helps some people so it's worth a try since you're willing.
