moto passed inspection this morning...barely. pressing expenditures: tires like whoah, headlamp bulbs [at the minimum, maybe these if i'm feeling wealthy], suspension overhaul [also approaching "like whoah conditions"]

step one, pricing it out.

to get my front forks redone cost about $200 but when i got them redone with new springs, and modified valving cost me about $450.

thanks for the info, that's the range i'm hoping for/expecting. i'll be calling for quotes tomorrow, and intending to do the race tech upgrade, if it's not too much

I have race tech springs in mine. btw I forgot to mention, mine was so cheap because I took the forks off the bike myself and brought them to the shop. Presumably if they have to remove and install the forks from the bike it will cost more. Also I got it done at an Independent shop not a dealer.
